1. Definitions and Scope

In this document, "10xbat", "platform", "we", and "our" refer to the 10xbat online gaming platform (website: 10xbat.cam). "User", "you", and "your" refer to any individual who accesses the platform, creates an account, or uses any of its services.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect that your account is being used by a third party without your authorization, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Your Information

If any of your personal details change, please update your profile immediately. 10xbat is not responsible for any delays in withdrawals or other services caused by outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Account Currency

All transactions on 10xbat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can be deposited on 10xbat using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 via any method.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Using third-party payment methods is prohibited.
• The terms set by your payment provider also apply at the time of deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

10xbat is committed to preventing money laundering. For suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to carry out additional verification and to place a hold on transactions where necessary.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit.

• Example: ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: ৳22,000 deposited → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000.
• The bonus amount will never exceed ৳10,000 under any circumstances.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must complete wagering of 15 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion may have its own specific terms, which will be stated on the relevant page.
• If you attempt to claim a promotion multiple times by creating multiple bonus accounts, your account will be closed.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• 10xbat reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

10xbat has four VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier by staying regularly active. VIP tier assignment is at the sole discretion of 10xbat.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

10xbat offers cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and various other game categories. Each game or betting market may have its own specific rules.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 10xbat reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds or payouts were offered due to a technical error.
• 10xbat is not responsible for issues arising from internet connection interruptions.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Championships, and various other international tournaments. Sports betting includes live markets, pre-match markets, and multiple bet types.

• If a match is not held or is abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• Betting will be settled only after the official result is announced.

6.3 Fair Play and Randomness

All games on 10xbat use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are not predetermined in any way, and all users have an equal chance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 10xbat:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account under another person's identity or on their behalf.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using cheats, software bots, or automation tools in any game.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward other users or 10xbat staff.
• Participating in collusion or match fixing.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's code, systems, or databases.

If any of the above prohibited conduct is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 10xbat website — including logos, graphics, text, software, designs, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 10xbat and is protected under copyright law.

• Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content from the platform beyond personal, non-commercial use is prohibited.
• Games and brands belonging to game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.) are the property of their respective owners.
• Running any advertisement or campaign using the 10xbat logo or brand identity is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

10xbat is committed to providing its services reliably. However, 10xbat is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connection issues.
• Transaction delays caused by system issues with third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank).
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence in disclosing account details.

11. Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure at User's Request

You can request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any available balance may be withdrawn according to the applicable terms before the account is closed.

11.2 Closure by 10xbat

10xbat may suspend or permanently close a user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious transactions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Obligation to comply with relevant legal or regulatory directives.
• A self-exclusion request under responsible gaming.

12. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We aim to provide an initial response to complaints within 72 working hours.

• When submitting a complaint, you must include your account ID, details of the relevant transaction, and the time of the incident.
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may appeal to higher authority.
